Role Description The Cosmetology Instructor at Renew U World will deliver structured cosmetology education to learners through classroom teaching, demonstrations, and hands-on training. This part-time, on-site role in Noida involves preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and ensuring adherence to professional and safety standards in all practical sessions. The instructor will guide learners in cosmetology techniques, hair care practices, and client consultation skills while promoting ethical and high-quality service. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students, maintaining training materials and equipment, collaborating with the clinical team to align curriculum with current industry practices, and supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care, with up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and safety standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Cosmetology Education and Teaching, including lesson planning, practical demonstrations, and learner assessment.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to model professional client interaction and consultation for students.
Relevant professional certification or diploma in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy from a recognized institution.
Prior experience as a cosmetology trainer, instructor, or senior practitioner in a clinic, salon, or academy setting.
Ability to communicate clearly, provide constructive feedback, and support diverse learners in a respectful, non-discriminatory environment.
Strong commitment to hygiene, safety protocols, and ethical practice in all training activities.
Willingness to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with medical and aesthetic professionals to keep the curriculum aligned with current trends.
