Role Overview: Smartix is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to represent our brand at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting Smartix products and ensuring excellent brand visibility in a dynamic airport retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote Smartix products and build strong brand awareness among airport passengers
Approach customers, explain product features and demonstrate usage effectively
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability and uphold brand standards
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams
Follow company policies, procedures and promotional guidelines
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to account managers
Ensure compliance with airport security rules and retail operational protocols
Maintain a clean, organized and professional sales counter
Coordinate with airport retail staff, supervisors and internal teams for smooth operations
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Support stock replenishment, inventory checks and product rotation
Maintain grooming and appearance standards as required in airport retail
Requirements
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to confidently engage and influence customers
Energetic, proactive and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment
Flexibility to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including day and night schedules
Must be eligible for airport security clearance and required passes
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory updates
Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication with internal teams and customers
Multilingual ability is an added advantage
