Role Description The Owner role at Ericsson Telecommunications Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. Qualifications
Proven experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within telecommunications or technology-related sectors.
Strong background in network engineering, wireless communication, or related technical fields to oversee telecom solutions and services.
Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, financial oversight, and business development, including market analysis and growth initiatives.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, with the ability to lead operations, sales, R&D, and training functions cohesively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain key partnerships.
Ability to work on-site in Patna and collaborate effectively with regional and international offices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in telecommunications; prior experience in Asian or international markets is an advantage.
