Voorent is looking for a smart, energetic and execution-focused Growth Intern who wants hands-on exposure to sales, operations, marketing and startup growth.
Key Responsibilities
Broker & Partner Outreach: Connect with property brokers, dealers and other potential partners to generate leads and build partnerships.
Data & Lead Management: Maintain customer/partner databases, update leads, track follow-ups and work with Excel/Google Sheets.
Payment Collection: Follow up with existing customers for pending payments and maintain payment records.
Social Media & Reels: Help plan, shoot and create engaging Instagram reels and other social media content for Voorent.
Social Media Handling: Assist with posting content, responding to comments/DMs and improving engagement.
Growth Experiments: Work directly with the founder and team on new ideas to generate customers, partnerships and brand awareness.
Who We're Looking For
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable speaking with brokers, customers and partners over calls and WhatsApp
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Comfortable with Instagram, reels and social media
Creative, proactive and willing to work across different functions
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Freshers and college students can apply
What You'll Learn
This is not a desk-only internship. You'll get practical exposure to sales, growth, customer management, operations, content creation and startup execution while working closely with the founder and core team.
