D2C E-Commerce (SEO, AEO & GEO)

Ergo Sky is a fast-growing D2C ergonomic chair brand (Shopify, US market). We're hiring our first dedicated SEO hire to own organic growth end-to-end — from technical SEO to the emerging world of AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive organic growth (traffic, rankings, revenue)
Keyword research + search intent mapping
Optimise product, category & landing pages
Manage and scale Reddit & Quora presence
Work on AI SEO (SGE, entity SEO, zero-click, AEO/GEO)
Content optimisation (blogs, product pages, EEAT)
Technical SEO (site audits, schema, Core Web Vitals)
Track performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.
Requirements:
2-4 years of SEO experience, with hands-on D2C/e-commerce work required (not just exposure) — understanding of the full funnel from discovery to Shopify checkout
Strong in on-page, technical & content SEO
Familiar with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Shopify SEO experience required
Understanding of AI-driven search — SGE, AEO, GEO
Comfortable working remotely with some overlap with US working hours
Ability to work independently
