🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Intern
📍 Location: Indore | Onsite | Full-Time
💼 Experience: 2–6 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000/month

Are you someone who lives on Instagram, understands what makes a Reel work, keeps up with trends, and enjoys turning ideas into engaging content?
Crawl Digitally is looking for a Social Media Intern who can help us build, manage, and grow social media presence for exciting D2C brands.
What You’ll Be Doing:-
Manage and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other relevant platforms
Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, stories, and short-form content
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives
Ideate and create short-form videos, Reels & UGC content
Be comfortable appearing on camera when required
Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators
Prepare clear creator briefs, guidelines, references, and feedback
Coordinate with design, content, video editing & performance marketing teams
Monitor comments, DMs, audience interactions, and overall community engagement
Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance & campaign results
Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, platform updates, content trends & emerging tools
What We’re Looking For:-
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
2–6 months of experience in social media/content/influencer marketing preferred
Freshers with strong practical knowledge and a good understanding of social media are encouraged to apply
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels & current social media trends
Strong communication and coordination skills
Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment
