Today, we power the journeys of 1 lac+ drivers daily across 1,600+ swap stations in India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to take ownership of our PAN-India partner relationship managementfunction. This role is responsible for the full post-onboarding lifecycle of 1,500+ franchise partner stations and 80+ B2B fleet clients, managing a 30-member team and driving partner economics, collections, compliance, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner Lifecycle Ownership: Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle post-onboarding across 1,500+ stations-including relationship management, grievance resolution, terminations, and revenue-share collections.
• B2B Fleet Client Management: Manage full lifecycle of 80+ B2B fleet clients covering billing, collections, and client servicing.
• Revenue & Collections
• Contract Renewals: Lead contract renewal cycles across the partner network
• Compliance & Asset Recovery
• Growth Initiatives: Identify and launch partner-led growth programs that improve partner earnings, reduce manual
workload, and drive new user acquisition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with city operations, finance, legal, product, and business development teams to align partner operations with company-wide goals.
What You Will Need
● 8+ years of experience in operations, partner/channel management, or supply-side roles in high-growth
startups or scale-ups (EV/mobility, logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses preferred).
● Proven track record of owning P&L at a national scale with direct budget accountability
● Experience managing large distributed teams (30+ members) across multiple geographies.
● Strong background in partner/franchisee lifecycle management-onboarding, retention, renewals,compliance, and exits.
● Hands-on experience with collections, revenue-share models, and partner economics.
● Comfortable working with legal processes
● Strong analytical skills-ability to use data to drive partner performance, identify at-risk accounts
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions (finance, legal, product,
city ops).
