About Us
At Hancod, we’re building Duxbe — an AI-powered ERP & POS system designed for small businesses across India and beyond. We ship clean UI, fast code, and features that matter. Off-screen, we smash Jenga blocks, play badminton, and constantly level up.
We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role involves both front-end and back-end development, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
Design and manage RESTful APIs and work with SQL databases
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features
Write clean, efficient code and ensure responsive design
Debug, optimize performance, and follow security best practices
Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
Qualifications
Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role
Experience with JavaScript, React.js,Next.js, Node.js, Express.js
Strong knowledge of SQL databases
Understanding of RESTful APIs and version control (Git)
Familiarity with Agile development processes
Good problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
Portfolio or examples of relevant projects
Freshers will be considered for the intern positionSkills: responsive design,sql,node.js,agile methodologies,sql database,version control,react.js,next.js,websecurity standards,mern stack
