About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can help grow PickleMonk Media, PickleMonk Studio, and our client brands through smart digital marketing, lead generation, and creative campaigns.
This role is for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
Develop digital marketing strategies for PickleMonk Media, PickleMonk Studio, and client brands.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Generate qualified leads for branding, video production, and studio services.
Improve website visibility through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
Manage and grow our social media platforms with engaging and trend-driven content.
Identify new marketing opportunities, campaign ideas, and growth initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize based on insights.
Work closely with the creative team to execute campaigns that deliver results.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO and lead generation.
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
Experience working with a creative agency.
LinkedIn marketing and personal branding.
Basic video editing or Canva/Figma knowledge.
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
