Team members contribute to a growing product that supports learners and educators in a structured, technology-enabled setting.
Role Description The Human Resources and Academic Operations Growth Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior. This position supports HR activities such as assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining accurate HR records. The associate helps implement HR policies, coordinates employee benefits administration, and supports personnel management, including resolving routine employee queries. On the academic operations side, the role involves coordinating with educators and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, content delivery, and adherence to academic processes. The associate also contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports data-driven decision-making, and collaborates with leadership to align HR and academic operations with the platform’s growth goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core people operations and organizational processes.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits to help implement guidelines and manage compensation and benefits programs.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management to assist with employee lifecycle activities and workplace issue resolution.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple academic and HR tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and management.
Proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and HR/operations software) and comfort working in a technology-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience or internships in HR, academic administration, or operations in an educational or EdTech setting are an advantage.
