The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Experience with data analysis techniques to interpret system logs and performance metrics.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support processes.
Excellent communication skills to document findings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Science.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
