Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, identifying and targeting potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The specialist will also manage customer relationships, provide guidance on services, and conduct training sessions to improve sales strategies. Collaboration with team members to achieve business objectives is key to this role.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide exceptional support.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth, generate leads, and close deals successfully.
Experience in Training to mentor and guide team members on sales strategies and marketing approaches.
Proficiency in understanding market trends and developing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team and adapt to a dynamic studio environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the photography or creative industry is a plus.
