Position Description:
Role Overview: As a Configuration Specialist, you will be focused on executing precise configuration updates within complex account structures to ensure our platform is tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers. You will balance directed tasks with independent problem-solving, to ensure the customers’ environment has been configured with absolute quality.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Implementation: Perform hands-on configuration changes within SaaS environments, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
Complex Problem Solving: Tackle intricate configuration challenges, thinking creatively to identify optimal setups when standard paths aren't immediately clear.
Impact Assessment: Critically evaluate the downstream effects of configuration changes to prevent service disruptions or data inconsistencies.
Decision Making: Take ownership of configuration logic; decide on the best path forward when faced with ambiguous requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success teams to translate business needs into technical settings.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical configuration or implementation within a SaaS-based product.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to visualize how different platform components interact.
Detail-Oriented: A track record of managing precise, data-sensitive updates where small errors could have significant impacts.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you must pivot between directed tasks and autonomous decision-making.
Bonus Points: A background in technical support, quality assurance, or basic scripting/SQL is helpful but not mandatory.
