Customer Service Representative

Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work from Office (Day Shift) / Work from Home (Night Shift)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on interview and experienceAbout the Role
We are looking for an ORM / Customer Support Executive who can manage customer queries, online reputation, and customer communication across different platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers professionally and be comfortable working in both day and night shifts.Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback across social media, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
Respond to customers professionally and within the required turnaround time.
Monitor and manage online reviews, comments, and customer feedback.
Escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the concerned team.
Maintain proper records of customer complaints, resolutions, and follow-ups.
Ensure a positive customer experience and protect the brand's online reputation.
Coordinate internally to resolve customer concerns quickly.
Prepare basic reports related to customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow company guidelines and maintain professional communication at all times.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in ORM, customer support, social media support, or similar roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms.
Comfortable handling difficult customers and complaints calmly.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to work in rotational/day/night shifts.
Candidates must be comfortable with night-shift work from home.
Good internet connection and a laptop are required for the night shift.
