Role Description The Food and Beverage GSA (Guest Service Associate) will support daily operations in the food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas. The role also involves handling guest queries or concerns, assisting with buffet setups, events, and banquets, and following hygiene and safety protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh, requiring flexible availability during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with experience in restaurant or hotel operations.
Excellent Customer Service skills, with a guest-focused approach and ability to handle inquiries and feedback professionally.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and basic written skills for order-taking and reporting.
Basic Culinary Skills that support understanding of menus, ingredients, and food presentation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail and reliability.
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food handling standards; prior experience in hospitality is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; familiarity with hotel POS systems is a plus.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or F&B service is beneficial.
