Graphic Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Social Media Marketing team.
This is not a traditional graphic design role. Your work will primarily focus on creating visual content for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives and campaign assets for our clients.
You’ll work closely with our social media and content team to turn ideas, briefs and campaigns into visually strong content that is relevant to the platform and audience.
Responsibilities
* Design social media posts, carousels, stories and other digital creatives
* Develop visual concepts based on content briefs and campaign objectives
* Create creatives for organic social media and paid advertising
* Adapt designs across different brands, audiences and platforms
* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines
* Stay updated with social media trends, visual styles and content formats
* Collaborate with the SMM and content teams on monthly content calendars and campaigns
* Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency
* Explore AI tools and new design workflows to improve creative output
Requirements
* Strong understanding of graphic design principles
* Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
* Good understanding of Instagram and social media content
* Strong sense of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
* Ability to understand a brief and execute independently
* Attention to detail and consistency
* Creative mindset with an interest in social media
* Ability to work in an on-site team environment
Good to Have
* Experience designing social media content for brands
* Knowledge of current social media trends
* Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
* Experience creating Meta ad creatives
* Experience with AI-assisted design tools
* Basic understanding of copywriting and content creation
