Key Responsibilities
Design posters, banners, infographics, and other communication creatives.
Create and edit videos, reels, and simple motion graphics for internal campaigns.
Design presentations and communication collateral.
Develop visual content for employee engagement, learning, wellness, rewards & recognition, and other HR initiatives.
Edit images, graphics, and videos as required.
Organize and maintain design files and templates.
Support the HR Communications team with creative requirements across various projects.
