• Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Logistics Jr. Manager, you will act as the Customer Supply Chain Leader for assigned customers. You will collaborate with internal Sales and Customer Business Development teams, as well as key customer stakeholders, to identify logistics opportunities, improve product availability, and increase P&G volume at the point of sale.
In this role, you will develop and execute Joint Value Creation (JVC) supply chain plans, implement agile and cost-effective logistics solutions, and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for both P&G and its customers. You will also monitor customer service performance and identify opportunities to improve cost, cash flow, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with internal Sales and Customer Business Development teams, as well as external customer decision-makers and key supply chain contacts.
Analyze customer logistics requirements, capabilities, emerging needs, and market demands.
Ensure customer service metrics and key performance indicators align with agreed business objectives.
Develop, prioritize, and execute Joint Value Creation supply chain and logistics plans.
Align joint business plans with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
Identify opportunities to improve product availability, logistics efficiency, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
Track business outcomes, including Net Outside Sales generated through supply chain initiatives, cost impact, cash flow, and logistics process performance.
Monitor metrics such as Case Fill Rate (CFR), distribution center inventory, order quality, distribution center-to-store service levels, and EDI order or invoice compliance.
Job Qualifications
• Hard Skills:
Supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and customer service concepts.
Data analysis and interpretation of supply chain performance indicators.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and customer supply chain platforms.
Understanding of electronic data interchange (EDI), order management, and distribution center processes.
• Soft Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
Customer orientation and business acumen.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and customer teams.
Ownership, initiative, and accountability for results.
Ability to influence stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, sales, or operations through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Familiarity with Joint Value Creation, collaborative planning, or customer supply chain initiatives.
Advanced English proficiency.
