Associate Director (AD), People, Organization & Culture (POC)
About the Role:
The Associate Director will play a key role within ANSR's People, Organization & Culture (POC) Consulting practice. The role combines strategic consulting, client advisory and practice building. As a trusted advisor to GCC leaders and enterprise clients, the incumbent helps organizations establish, scale, and transform their Global Capability Centers through people-centric strategies and operating models.
The role requires deep expertise across organization design, talent strategy, rewards, HR operating models, culture, change management, and workforce transformation, combined with the ability to lead complex consulting engagements and develop long-term client relationships. Working as part of multifunctional teams, often directly with leaders of GCC Organizations, you will bring diverse perspectives to every HR challenge.

Key Responsibilities
· Translate clients’ business strategy into actionable people initiatives across the Intake, Design & Set-up (IDS) and Run phases; Diagnose organizational challenges and design scalable solutions across organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, rewards, HR operating models, culture, employee experience, and transformation
· Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and proactively manage expectations throughout the consulting engagement lifecycle working closely with the POC Lead, EL and PMO team
· Support the design & implementation of organization structures, workforce plans, talent frameworks, people policies, processes, and HRMS and HR Operations frameworks aligned to business objectives and global HR practices
· Act as a trusted advisor to client leaders and HR stakeholders, delivering strategic guidance and tailored HR solutions that enhance attraction, development, engagement, and retention
· Analyze complex and ambiguous business challenges to develop practical, data-driven people recommendations
· Facilitate executive workshops, leadership discussions, and decision-making forums; provide insights on GCC trends, market practices, and workforce dynamics
· Lead multiple consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, client satisfaction, and timely execution of project outcomes
· Develop executive-ready presentations, frameworks, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value
· Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to enhance ANSR’s consulting offerings through innovative and value-added solutions
· Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, diagnostics, intellectual property, thought leadership, and market-facing solutions
· Build scalable assessment tools and repeatable consulting products that strengthen ANSR’s advisory portfolio
· Develop and execute change management strategies, effectively managing stakeholder concerns and sensitive organizational issues
· Create and deliver change and capability-building assets, including training materials, communications, FAQs, and toolkits
Experience and Requirements
· 12-18 years of experience in HR with a stint in Consulting, Management Consulting, GCC Advisory, Organization Development, HR Transformation, or strategic HR leadership
· Demonstrated experience leading client-facing consulting engagements and strong expertise in at least three or more of the following: Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, HR Operating Models, Leadership Development, Culture Transformation, Employee Experience, Change Management, Experience managing senior executive stakeholders
· Strong consulting, problem-solving, engagement management and stakeholder management skills, and experience in working with multinational organizations.
· Experience in having set up or scaling up Global Capability Centers; delivering projects that cover the full life-cycle of Assessment, Design and Implementation support, working in advisory firms, consulting organizations, or GCC transformation roles
Qualification and Certifications:
MBA - HR / MSW / MA IN Social work from a leading B-school; Certifications in SPHR / GPHR is an added advantage
