Quality Assurance (QA) Intern - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (Remote) - Recovry
About Recovry
Recovry is a structured platform for everyday recovery ; combining in-center and at-home services with a dedicated physiotherapy network for preventive, clinical and corrective needs. We're building a network that makes quality recovery accessible, and we're looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Intern, helping us ensure our website and app deliver a smooth, reliable experience for every user.
The Role
As a QA Intern, you will conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across Recovry's website and app, testing every page, section, and user flow the way a real user would. This includes the customer experience as well as the partner-side experience (doctors and physiotherapy practitioners), covering flows like therapy listings, bookings, and scheduling. Functional and code-level testing is handled separately by our developer team; your focus is entirely on the user experience layer.
This is a QA-and-insight role. Beyond identifying what's broken, you'll also help us understand where our product stands against industry standards and competitor platforms.
What You'll Do
→ Conduct UAT across the entire website and app, covering every page, section, and user path
→ Test the partner-side experience, including therapy listings, bookings, and scheduling, including edge cases like scheduling conflicts
→ Test login and access flows across different user types and methods
→ Identify bugs, broken flows, or usability issues, and maintain a structured bug report to track them
→ Evaluate whether current industry UX/UI practices are being followed, and benchmark Recovry's experience against competitor platforms
→ Share clear, actionable feedback to help the team improve overall user experience
