Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring that construction and installation work follows design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makrana, with primary responsibilities on site and some tasks that can be completed from home as project needs allow. Key duties include coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, monitoring structural work, checking materials, and documenting progress. The Site Engineer will conduct inspections, address technical issues, support quality control processes, and provide clear communication updates to management and clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing construction or installation activities and coordinating with project teams.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact with workers, engineers, contractors, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspecting materials, verifying workmanship, and ensuring compliance with project standards and safety regulations.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge, with an understanding of load-bearing structures, construction methods, and relevant codes or guidelines.
Candidates should possess civil engineering-related skills or qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering or a similar field, and practical experience in site engineering.
