Regional Senior Executive, Supply Chain & Demand Planning (2yrs Contract)

Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Support regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) planning activities across SEA & Oceania subsidiaries in alignment with HQ guidelines.
Coordinate weekly and monthly demand & supply planning processes with subsidiaries and consolidate planning data.
Monitor SCM performance indicators, identify operational issues, and escalate key findings to management.
Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting activities by preparing reports and performing data analysis.
Review forecast submissions from subsidiaries and assist in validating planning assumptions, inventory levels, and supply risks.
Prepare regular SCM reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
Coordinate regional SCM meetings and follow up on action items with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams.
Support new product launches, product transitions, promotional planning, and End-of-Life (EOL) inventory management.
Assist in inventory optimization initiatives, including safety stock monitoring, slow-moving inventory analysis, and SKU rationalization activities.
Support SCM process improvement projects by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
Perform ad-hoc SCM analysis and other planning-related assignments as required
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Operations Planning, or related functions.
Experience in multinational companies or regional business environments is an advantage.
Basic understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and prepare meaningful reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous process improvement.
