About the Initiative
The initiative aims to partner with private schools in Indore to conduct free, structured learning sessions for students on foundational life skills, civic sense, social responsibility, communication, behaviour, and other practical skills that complement the regular school curriculum.
Role Purpose
The School Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for identifying suitable schools, connecting with decision-makers, arranging meetings, presenting the initiative, and supporting the onboarding of interested schools. The role is primarily focused on outreach, relationship-building, coordination, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
 Research and identify private schools in Indore that may be suitable for the initiative.
 Build and maintain a structured database of schools, principals, administrators, coordinators, and
relevant contact details.
 Contact schools through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person visits to introduce the initiative.
 Fix appointments with principals, school directors, administrators, counsellors, or other relevant
decision-makers.
 Attend school meetings along with Rohit or another CSR representative whenever required.
 Present the initiative clearly, including its objectives, student benefits, proposed session format, and the
fact that the program is offered to schools at no cost.
 Share presentations, proposals, or supporting material with schools and explain the program
professionally.
 Follow up consistently with schools after initial discussions and maintain records of the status of each
conversation.
 Coordinate with interested schools to understand preferred age groups, class sizes, schedules, and
logistical requirements.
 Support the finalisation of school calendars and session dates in coordination with the CSR and training
teams.
 Share regular updates on outreach progress, meetings completed, interested schools, follow-ups, and
confirmed partnerships.
 Maintain professional and positive relationships with school stakeholders throughout the engagement.
What This Role Will Not Primarily Handle
 Designing the complete student curriculum or lesson plans.
 Conducting all training sessions as the primary trainer.
 Creating the overall CSR strategy independently.
These areas will be supported by the program/training team. The coordinator's core responsibility is school outreach, partnership development, scheduling, and coordination.
Preferred Candidate Profile
 Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
 Comfortable speaking with school principals, administrators, teachers, and other decision-makers.
 Confident with cold outreach, appointment setting, follow-ups, and in-person meetings.
 Organised and able to maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-up actions.
 Presentable, professional, and comfortable representing a CSR initiative.
 Self-motivated and comfortable with a field-based role.
 Prior experience in school outreach, education, admissions, partnerships, NGO/CSR work, business
development, or institutional sales is preferred but not mandatory.
 Strong local knowledge and network within Indore schools will be an advantage.

 Build a consistent pipeline of relevant schools.
 Secure meetings with school decision-makers.
 Convert interested schools into participating partners.
 Ensure smooth coordination between the school, CSR team, and trainers.
 Help expand the initiative across suitable schools in Indore.
Working Structure
 Flexible, field-oriented engagement based on school availability and scheduled meetings.
 The candidate may be required to travel locally within Indore for meetings and follow-ups.
 The exact number of working hours/days can be finalised based on the agreed engagement model.
Compensation Structure
The organisation may choose a fixed monthly compensation, per-meeting/per-conversion incentive, or a hybrid structure. The final salary/incentive structure, travel reimbursement, targets, and engagement terms should be confirmed before hiring.
