Role Description The Supply Chain Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, focused on ensuring the smooth flow of genomics instruments, reagents, and related materials across the company’s distribution network. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, tracking purchase orders, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining accurate records in inventory and ERP systems. The role involves daily communication with suppliers, logistics partners, internal operations, and customers to manage delivery timelines, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that cold chain and import requirements are met. The Supply Chain Coordinator will support demand forecasting, assist with procurement planning, and prepare regular reports on stock status, lead times, and order fulfillment. This role also contributes to process improvement by identifying bottlenecks, aligning operations with quality and regulatory standards, and supporting cross-functional teams in lab projects and field service deployments.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, internal teams, and clients.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for demand forecasting, data-driven decision-making, and reporting on inventory and supply chain performance.
Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee order processing, logistics workflows, cold chain handling, and cross-functional coordination.
Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain accurate stock records, monitor safety levels, manage replenishment, and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in life sciences, healthcare, or diagnostic labs is beneficial.
Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems and proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools is preferred.
