This position reports to:
Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
Equipment Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot failures, and conduct rapid RCA to improve maintenance operations.
TPM/PM & Reliability Management: Systematically manage TPM/PM, enhance equipment availability, and optimize spare parts management.
Efficiency & Technical Support: Improve production efficiency via equipment optimization and provide maintenance technical support.
Project & Investment Management: Manage equipment/facility investment projects effectively and establish KPIs to drive maintenance performance.
Qualifications for the role
Major in electrical engineering, electrical automation with bachelor above
More than 5 years in Mechanical maintenance and engineering area in plant
Very good electrical safety sense and full understand on electrical safety rules, AUTOCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens), FANUC CN
Strong project plan and implement capability
Be good at logic thinking and self-learning
Good initiative work on high pressure
Good command of speaking and written English
