Role Description The Radiologist role at 3 Way Consultancy is an on-site position based in Narela. The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting medical imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and other diagnostic images, and providing accurate, timely reports to referring clinicians. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing imaging requests, ensuring appropriate imaging protocols, collaborating with physicians on diagnostic findings, and participating in multidisciplinary clinical discussions when needed. The Radiologist will also oversee image quality, support technologists with protocol guidance, and adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards. The role involves contributing to patient-centered care by explaining procedures when appropriate and supporting evidence-based diagnostic decisions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine with relevant medical degree and completed residency or equivalent training in Radiology.
Demonstrated expertise in core Radiology practices, including interpretation of X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound studies.
Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine techniques and applications, with ability to collaborate on or interpret nuclear imaging when required.
Proficiency in Medical Imaging workflows and systems, including PACS and radiology information systems, and familiarity with imaging safety standards.
Experience or training in Mammography, including breast imaging interpretation and adherence to screening and diagnostic guidelines.
Valid medical license and radiology certification as required by local regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and diagnostic accuracy.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with clinicians, technologists, and administrative staff.
Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care and continuous professional development.
