We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Head of Digital Wealth Portfolio (Internal Job Title: Senior Vice President, Head of Digital Wealth Portfolio - C14) based in Hong Kong. We are seeking a transformative and visionary leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President, Head of Digital Wealth Portfolio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our digital wealth platform, driving significant financial growth, and delivering a world-class, personalized experience for our clients. You will own the P&L for the digital wealth portfolio and be empowered to build and lead a high-performing team. Your mission will be to drive exponential financial growth, pioneer industry-leading client experiences, and solidify our position as the definitive leader in digital wealth management.
In this role, you’re expected to:
1. Enterprise Strategy & Vision:
Define and champion the long-term strategic roadmap for the Digital Wealth business, ensuring alignment with the firm's overarching financial and strategic ambitions.
Architect and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, commercial ownership, and executional excellence.
Serve as the decision-maker for key strategic scrums, directing investment and resources to maximize enterprise-wide impact.
Mentor and cultivate a pipeline of future people mangers, developing their strategic acumen and preparing them for expanded scope within the organization.
2. Financial & Commercial Ownership:
Assume full ownership of the Digital Wealth P&L, with direct accountability for driving substantial YoY revenue growth, investment asset growth, and market share gains.
Develop and execute a sophisticated, multi-faceted digital wealth strategy focused on attracting and retaining high-value clients and maximizing client lifetime value.
Direct the creation of market-defining campaigns and client-centric digital journeys that not only respond to economic events but also proactively shape client investment behaviour and establish new industry best practices.
3. Client & Franchise Innovation:
Pioneer the next generation of digital wealth capabilities, moving beyond incremental improvements to deliver transformative, franchise-defining innovations.
Own the evolution of our Hyper Personalization engine, scaling it into a well recognized "Always-on" intelligence platform that sets the industry standard for delivering timely, predictive, and deeply personal client engagement.
Drive a culture of extreme agility and rapid innovation, empowering your teams to take moonshot initiatives from ideation to customer launch at an accelerated pace.
4. Executive Stakeholder Management & Governance:
Act as the primary digital wealth advocate across the franchise, influencing senior executives, global business heads, and key decision-makers to secure buy-in and resources for your strategic vision.
Command relationships with executive-level external partners, shaping co-development roadmaps and ensuring their capabilities are fully leveraged to meet our strategic objectives.
Establish and oversee a robust governance and risk management framework that enables rapid innovation while ensuring unwavering compliance with all internal policies and regulatory mandates.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
12-15+ years of extensive experience in a leadership capacity within digital banking, wealth management, or a top-tier fintech firm.
A demonstrable track record of owning a P&L and delivering exponential, multi-year revenue growth and market share expansion.
Proven success in architecting and executing enterprise-level digital strategies that have fundamentally transformed client engagement and business outcomes.
Mastery of executive leadership, with experience building, scaling, and mentoring large diverse teams.
Deep expertise in directing enterprise-wide programs within an Agile or Scrum framework, with a history of influencing senior executive stakeholders.
Unparalleled communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to command a room and drive consensus at the senior levels of a complex, matrixed organization.
Deep understanding of investment products, global financial markets, and the evolving regulatory and technological landscape.
