Civil Registry Team Leader

What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will: Monitor attendance, KPI’s and evaluate personnel performance.
Prepare and submit required operations reports on a daily basis.
You will have the opportunity to lead, supervise civil registry associates on site
Handle escalations of field office operations issues with respective Regional Operations Lead
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred (preferred but not required)
2+ years progressive experience in managing and leading a team (preferred but not required)
Effective communication skills
Knowledgeable in making accurate reports
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Good interpersonal skills
