Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive ISO 27001, 42001, DPDP role located in Navi Mumbai. The Executive will oversee implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of information security (ISO 27001), artificial intelligence management (ISO 42001), and data protection compliance (DPDP) frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, coordinating internal audits, updating policies and procedures, and monitoring adherence to relevant standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting training and awareness initiatives, and preparing documentation and reports for management and regulatory purposes. The Executive will also track regulatory changes, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and support certification and surveillance audit activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and data protection regulations (including DPDP or equivalent frameworks).
Experience in information security management, risk assessment, and internal audit processes.
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, data governance, and cybersecurity controls is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, information security, or a related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple compliance initiatives in a regulated environment.
