🚨 We’re hiring: General Manager | BRÜK
We’re building BRÜK — a Scandinavian-inspired premium consumer lifestyle brand — from the ground up.
And we’re looking for someone who has actually built and operated a DTC brand.
Not someone who has only studied DTC.
Not someone who has only consulted DTC brands.
Someone who has lived it.
BRÜK is at day one. That means building the team, creating systems, driving sales, fixing problems, and figuring things out as we go.
What we’re looking for
You’ve worked in a consumer/DTC business and understand:
• Performance marketing — Meta/Instagram, CAC, ROAS and conversion
• Shopify, ecommerce operations and fulfillment
• Influencer marketing and content — what actually works vs. what looks good on paper
• Managing small teams where everyone has to wear multiple hats
• Premium positioning — pricing, packaging, customer experience and brand consistency
• Turning strategy into execution, quickly
This role is for you if:
→ You’ve worked as a GM, Head of Growth, Head of Operations, or founding-team member in a startup/DTC brand
→ You enjoy zero-to-one building more than managing an established machine
→ You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
→ You’re hands-on, commercially sharp and execution obsessed
→ You can tell us honestly what worked, what failed, and what you learned
→ You’re based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
What you’ll own
You’ll work directly with the founders and take ownership of the day-to-day business across:
Marketing | Ecommerce | Operations | Growth | Team | Execution
You won’t be handed a playbook.
You’ll help build the playbook.
