Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Noida. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day finance operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, support for monthly and annual closing activities, and maintenance of accurate financial records. The role involves handling financial reporting, monitoring cash flows, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. The Finance Executive will oversee Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including filings, reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, support decision-making, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation.
Experience with Financial Reporting, including periodic reports, variance analysis, and compliance with standards.
Hands-on expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST), including filings, reconciliations, and regulatory updates.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support business recommendations.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and finance or ERP software; ability to work with large data sets and prepare detailed reports.
Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, auditors, and external partners.
