Role Description This full time Python Developer role is an on-site position based in Mohali (Kharar). The developer will design, implement, and maintain Python-based back-end services and APIs that support web and mobile applications, including AI-driven products. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, modular, and well-documented code, integrating and optimizing databases, troubleshooting and debugging software issues, and collaborating with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other engineers. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to software architecture discussions, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability of deployed systems.
Qualifications
Strong programming skills in uv Python, Claude coding, Codex, with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relevant Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Proficiency in Software Development practices such as version control (Git), testing, debugging, and continuous integration workflows.
Hands-on experience with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and integration with Python applications.
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or data analytics is beneficial, especially for integration into production systems.
Ability to work on-site in Mohali (Kharar), collaborate within a small multidisciplinary team, and communicate clearly in English.
Salary-6 to 12 Lakh p.m. as per your experience.
