Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People & Operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition to community engagement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews
Help manage and update HR databases, records, and documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for interns and team members
Draft job descriptions, offer letters, and internal communications
Coordinate with various teams to support employee engagement initiatives
Respond to queries from applicants and community members in a timely manner
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with good attention to detail
Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment
Genuine interest in people, communities, and the product ecosystem
Good to Have
Prior internship or project experience in HR or operations
Familiarity with Linkedin, Naukri & Instahyre
