Role overview:
We’re looking for a full-time Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of accounting operations in a dynamic, scaling startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and up-to-date financial records.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle routine accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of all financial activities.
Support tax filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Manage bank transactions, cash flow, and daily cash management activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Prior experience in Tally and familiarity with reconciliation processes preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.
Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills.
Prior accounting experience preferred (internships can be considered).
