Position: Junior Home Care Nurse
Experience: 1-2 years
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Salary Details: 30,000-35,000/month
Shift: Morning Shift/ Night Shift (12hrs duty)
Shift Timings: (08.00 am - 08.00 pm) / (08.00 pm - 08.00 am)

Job Summary:
We are hiring full-time nurses who will stay at the home and work exclusively for us.
The Junior Home Care Nurse provides compassionate, professional nursing care to patients in our homes, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and supporting patients and families. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality, safe, and personalized patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient health, develop, and update individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and specialized care
Follow healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and report changes in health.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to support holistic care.
Handle medical emergencies and coordinate necessary services.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing
Experience: 1-2 years Preferred experience in home care or similar settings.
Skills: Clinical expertise, strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
Work Environment:
The role requires travel to patient homes, often within a designated area or region.
May involve working with patients of varying physical and emotional needs.
TEAMS & CONDITIONS :
JUNIOR HOME CARE NURSE able to speak KANNADA /TAMIL/ENGLISH
SHOULD SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH
CLEAN AND NEAT
SHOULD COME IN UNIFORM OR WHITE COAT
OFFICIAL MOBILE WILL BE GIVEN FOR EVERY-HOUR UPDATES
