We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including Contract-to-Hire.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate/client feedback.
Understand client requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
Ensure smooth onboarding and regular follow-up until joining.
Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline.
Work with the internal team to achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
