Ensure compliance with AS9100D / ISO 9001 standards across all functions
Plan, conduct, and close Internal Quality Audits and support external audits (customer, certification, regulatory)
Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure
Coordinate with department heads for implementation and effectiveness of QMS processes
Conduct QMS awareness and training programs for employees
Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure proper control of documents, revisions, and records as per QMS requirements
Track non‑conformances, root cause analysis, and effectiveness checks
Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and prepare related data and reports
Interface with customers, auditors, and certification bodies on QMS matters
Ensure alignment of QMS with statutory, customer, and aerospace regulatory requirements
Educational QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / AS9100) – Preferred
Experience1–5 years of experience in QMS (Aerospace / Manufacturing environment preferred)
Practical exposure to AS9100D / ISO 9001 implementation and audits
Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of AS9100D / ISO 9001 standards
Documentation and audit skills
Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and process improvement techniques
Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
MS Excel, Word, and basic data analysis skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and compliance‑oriented mindset
