We are looking for a Publisher Director to build and scale our global publisher ecosystem.
This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing high-quality traffic sources while working closely with both Sales and Delivery teams.
✦ Key Responsibilities
➞ Own publisher acquisition and onboarding strategy
➞ Build strong relationships with:
Affiliate partners
Ad networks
Media buying teams
Direct publishers
➞ Continuously expand and diversify supply sources
➞ Work closely with Delivery team to:
Match publishers with campaigns
Optimize performance & scale
➞ Manage complex publisher relationships:
Resolve performance issues
Negotiate commercial terms
Handle escalations
➞ Drive strategic initiatives:
Exclusive partnerships
Volume commitments
Long-term deals
➞ Grow publisher portfolio size and revenue contribution
✦ Requirements

➞ Strong existing relationships with:
Publishers
Traffic sources
Affiliate ecosystems
➞ Proven experience in:
Onboarding and scaling publishers
