Role Description :Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
* Plan, create and manage engaging posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
* Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.
* Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, viral content and competitor activities.
* Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.
* Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors and the marketing team.
* Analyse performance and suggest creative strategies to improve reach and engagement.
What We're Looking For
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
* Good communication, creativity and content planning skills.
* Ability to understand audiences and create engaging content.
* Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* A proactive, creative and growth-oriented mindset.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers with relevant internship experience, practical knowledge or hands-on experience in social media management are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation are also encouraged to apply.
