Develop and implement Machine Learning and Statistical Models to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making.
Analyze, clean, and transform large datasets using Python/R to build scalable data-driven solutions.
Design, train, validate, and deploy ML models using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
Create impactful dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable data science solutions.
Must Have Skills:
Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Classification, Regression, and Clustering.
Proficiency in Python and/or R with hands-on experience in data manipulation, feature engineering, and model development.
Experience with ML frameworks and tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and MLOps practices.
Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling using Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred: Domain knowledge and business understanding in industry-specific analytics use cases.
