The Opportunity
As the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will coordinate and monitor all supply and logistics activities to ensure a cost-effective flow of merchandise
from suppliers to customers.
What You’ll Do
Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of professionals to ensure supply chain projects are delivered on time.
Activities may include: materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, storage, warehousing, logistics, transport and distribution.
Develop and implement schedules and procedures.
Analyzes and evaluates existing end-to-end supply chain solutions by data capturing and process auditing, including inventory control and route network design programs.
Drives innovation and improvements in both workflow and systems.
Requirements
Experience, knowledge, and understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecast data, and conversion into procurement plans.
Strong IT skills and the ability to operate complex computer systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage logistics and supply chain vendors to maximize productivity and efficiency through DOH and stock management.
Highly numerate, result-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead forecasting, demand planning, logistics, and S&OP processes.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving process improvements.
