Designation: CRM, Wealth Manager
Work Experience: We are looking for exceptional freshers and experienced candidates (3-5 years) with a strong understanding of products & sales, a growth mindset, and a passion to excel.
Languages: English + any 2 regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi)
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree
Certifications: NISM Series V, IRDA
Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Job Role Summary
you will handle acquisition and growth of retail and high-net worth-clients under the Private Client Group. You will drive revenue through distributor led selling across MF, PMS, AIF, SIF, Fixed Income products, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards etc. while maintaining strong compliance discipline. You will understand each client’s financial goals, provide investment solutions and become a trusted partner to the clients. You will invite multiple potential investors to an Investment Awareness Program conducted by the company for educating clients about financial literacy. You will be visiting clients at their locations within the city or outside depending on the client for acquisition and services. You will clearly communicate complex financial concepts and products in an understanding manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Good knowledge in most of the financial products like MF, SIF, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Bonds, Loans, Credit cards.
2. Acquire and onboard Retail, HNI, UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
3. Manage client portfolios and drive AUM growth through suitable investment solutions.
4. Cross-sell financial products like MF, SIF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards.
5. Build long term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market updates.
6. Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.
