About the Job
We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to grow Foo Foods’ retail sales in Calicut town.
The person will visit stores, take orders, update activities in our sales app and ensure that our products are properly displayed and available.
Main Responsibilities
Visit supermarkets, bakeries and other retail stores in Calicut.
Take orders from new and existing stores.
Add new stores and follow up for repeat orders.
Update every store visit and order in the sales app.
Ensure good product display and visibility.
Check stock availability and expiry dates.
Follow up on delivery, payment and collections.
Share daily reports and store display photographs.
Achieve monthly sales and store-visit targets.
Candidate Requirements
Must be living in Calicut or nearby.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
Must have a smartphone.
Previous field-sales experience is preferred.
FMCG, food, chocolate, bakery or beverage sales experience will be an advantage.
Should know the Calicut retail market.
Should be comfortable with fieldwork and monthly targets.
Performance Pay
The additional ₹4,000 monthly performance pay will be based on:
Daily store visits, attendance and proper app updates: ₹2,000
Achievement of the monthly sales (2L) and collection target: ₹2,000
Additional sales incentives will be available for exceeding the target.
