Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring quality talent for technical and non-technical positions. The candidate should have excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements by working closely with hiring managers.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment reports and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support campus hiring, employee referral programs, and recruitment drives.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition.
Experience hiring for Software Development, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, QA, and related technology roles.
Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruitment.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
