Role Description The Finance Content Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging content on finance-related topics that support The Assigner’s learners and marketing initiatives. This full-time remote role includes writing blog posts, website pages, and learning materials that explain financial concepts, study abroad financing, scholarships, budgeting, and career-related financial planning. The role involves conducting thorough research, aligning content with the organization’s brand voice and content strategy, and optimizing materials for digital channels. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with trainers and marketing teams, proofreading and editing content for quality and consistency, and updating existing content to reflect current financial regulations, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to explain complex financial topics in accessible language.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan, organize, and develop informed, audience-focused finance content.
Candidates should possess Proofreading and basic Editing skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all materials.
Relevant experience in finance, economics, business, or education content writing is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong digital literacy, familiarity with SEO principles, and comfort working with online content management tools are advantageous.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
