About the Role:
we are looking for a skilled and motivated Molecular Biologist with 2–3 years of hands-on industrial experience to join our research team. The candidate will be responsible for executing molecular biology experiments, maintaining laboratory workflows, generating and analyzing experimental data, and supporting research and development activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of molecular biology techniques, good laboratory practices, and the ability to independently perform experiments while maintaining accuracy, documentation, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and advanced molecular biology experiments as per research protocols and SOPs.
Perform DNA/RNA isolation, purification, quantification, and quality assessment.
Conduct PCR, RT-PCR/qPCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, PAGE, and related molecular techniques.
Perform primer preparation, optimization, and troubleshooting of molecular assays.
Handle biological samples and maintain proper sample identification, storage, and documentation.
Assist in gene expression analysis, molecular characterization, and validation studies.
Prepare reagents, buffers, media, and experimental materials required for laboratory activities.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments used in molecular biology workflows.
Maintain accurate experimental records, laboratory notebooks, SOPs, and research documentation.
Analyze, interpret, and report experimental results and prepare technical reports.
Follow GLP, laboratory safety, biosafety, and quality-control procedures.
Collaborate with scientists and other research teams to support ongoing R&D projects.

Basic molecular cloning techniques
Pipetting and sterile laboratory practices

Required Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a closely related discipline. ( Phd. Preffered )
2–3 years of hands-on industrial experience in molecular biology, biotechnology, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or life-science R&D.
Strong practical laboratory exposure is preferred over purely academic/project-based experience.
Good understanding of molecular biology principles and laboratory practices.
