Role: Assistant Manager - Export Finance
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with export documentation requirements, including Bank Realization Certificates (BRC) and export benefit claims.
• Handle export documentation checks and manage remittances and payments.
• Handle bank disposals for collections received, including data entry at ICICI portal.
• Ensure timely processing of RODTEP data year-wise and handle pending follow-ups. Generation of scrip for consumption / sale in open market.
• Oversee online BRC generation and tracking.
• Track and close shipping bill data via EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System)
• Track and reconcile customer accounts,
• Oversee aging and outstanding data for both customers.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and Accrual entry of subsidy income monthly.
• Coordination with bank, export sales team and others for data requirements.
Financial Systems:
• Use Zoho book for financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Perform ledger scrutiny, handle monthly provisions, and complete the finalization of accounts.
Experience :
• Knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge export benefit schemes.
• Handle export documentation, financial reporting, and consolidation of accounts.
