What would you do?
The Payroll Manager will be accountable for the operation and delivery of Payroll services to the client. The position ensures quality of service is maintained, client targets are met and day to day people management.
Payroll certification would be an advantage
Strong MS Office and Excel skills
Proficient in Operational Excellence Practices
Should have a good understanding of Payroll Controls and Checks to ensure payroll is 100 percent accurate including reconciliation of previous month versus current month payroll results and variances with reasons zero or negative net pay reports and reasons duplicate payment reports input versus output checks and related controls
Knowledge of ADP Workday SAP Kronos and SuccessFactors What are we looking for?
Relevant years of in depth experience and knowledge in Payroll for Airline Aviation clients
Relevant years of experience managing teams and client key stakeholders
Strong practical experience managing end to end APAC payroll processing including
PAYG withholding
Superannuation including SuperStream compliance
Leave accruals and termination payments
Graduate in any discipline Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the establishment and development of the operation leveraging previous Payroll outsourcing experience to provide a differentiated service to the client
Ensure delivery of non commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement as well as standards of service relating to quality effectiveness productivity efficiency and related measures
Initiate design and implement business process excellence improvements
Demonstrate and seek to deepen awareness of business industry issues and drivers
Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contribute to the advancement of the client and Accenture business
Provide solutions to complex business problems within the service line
Establish and maintain key relationships with the client team leads and client management
Act as a subject matter expert
Understand and adhere to Data Protection Criteria
Must be flexible with respect to shift timings
