Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Mohali
Experience: 1+ Year
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance to end users.Key Responsibilities Provide desktop and onsite IT support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows OS issues.
Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
Support Microsoft Office and Outlook related issues.
Perform system installation, configuration, and software updates.
Manage and resolve IT tickets within defined SLAs.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
Maintain proper records of incidents and service requests.
Required Skills2+ year of experience in Desktop/IT Support.
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and provide onsite support.
