About the Role
We are looking for Calling Executives to join our in-office team. The role involves making outbound calls to assigned customers or prospects and communicating primarily in Hindi. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are comfortable speaking Hindi and handling multiple calls during the assigned shift.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls using the assigned calling list.
• Communicate with customers/prospects clearly and politely in Hindi.
• Provide required information and handle basic queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate calling records and update the assigned tracker.
• Complete assigned calling activities within the given timelines.
• Follow up with customers wherever required. • Escalate call-related issues to the reporting supervisor.
Required Skills & Eligibility
• Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
• English communication is not required.
• Own Android smartphone with Dual SIM capability is mandatory.
• Company will provide data/recharge for calling purposes.
• Good listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable making multiple calls during the shift.
• Basic smartphone handling skills.
• Willingness to work from the office from 01:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Compensation & Work Conditions
• Fixed stipend: 6K - 9K fixed + incentive.
• Work mode: In-office. • Shift: 01:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
• Own Android Dual SIM smartphone is mandatory.
• Calling data will be provided by the company.
Ideal- Female candidate who is confident Hindi speaker who is comfortable with outbound calling, punctual, target-oriented, and willing to work from the office in the specified shift.
